Day 2: Getting excited

Hey everyone! 

Had my personal training session with Jodie this morning at 10am. Jodie is awesome. She underwent a lifestyle challenge a few years back and lost a ridiculous 50kg. After this incredible achievement she decided to dedicate her time to personal training. She knows exactly where to target and what works because she has been there done that. This is why I trust with my…. well ….LIFE!

Today was ARMS AND TUMMY! We only worked out for half an hour, sounds short, but you’ll be thanking the gods that it isn’t a second longer. Here is what we did…

ARMS:

1st exercise: One Armed Row

Using a 9 kg dumbbell, 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

              

2nd exercise: Dumbbell Chest press and Dumbbell fly

Using a 9 kg dumbbell, 3 sets of 15 repetitions of each exercise.

                                   

3rd exercise: Upright row and Dumbbell curls

Using a 6 kg dumbbell, 3 sets of 15 repetitions of each exercise.

                                                

4th exercise: Shoulder press

Using a 6kg dumbbell, 3 sets of 15 repetitions

                   

And that’s it for arms. It may look easy but trust me tomorrow i’ll be struggling trying to put on my mascara. And this all took half an hour. Tummy stuff I do on my own. Same routine as yesterday but pics added so you know what the eff I’m going on about!

 

Tummy Exercises:

1st exercise: 20 repetitions of straight sit ups.

                

2nd exercise: 15 repetitions of dumbbell lengthens.

3rd exercise: 20 repetitions of straight/bent legs.

                             

Repeat this routine so that you have done each exercise 3 times!

 

That was it for today! Felt good working out in the morning will prob do the same tomorrow. Okay good night peeps
