I know this is ridiculously disgusting but as I wrote in my previous post, I will not be holding anything back. These are my before pictures, as you can see I need all the help and support I can get. Hopefully when I take my 12 week photos you guys will be able to see a difference! Lets see what the comparison is with my final pictures!
